Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your DevignGo / MarketGo account data, workspace data, or data provided through a third-party login or authorization to be deleted, please submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

1. How to Request Deletion

Please send your request from the email address associated with your account to cs@devigngo.com with the subject:

To help us process your request faster, include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your company name or workspace name
  • The scope of deletion requested (for example: full account, a specific workspace, or specific integration data)
  • If you signed in through a third-party platform, the name of that platform

2. What We Delete

After verifying ownership, we will delete the removable account and application data requested, including but not limited to:

  • Basic account profile data
  • Brand Memory and workspace settings
  • Content calendars, post drafts, platform variants, and image generation history
  • Collaboration comments, approvals, and other non-essential operating data
  • Application authorization data related to third-party login or integrations, where applicable

3. Data We May Retain

We may retain limited data where required for legal, tax, billing, dispute, or security reasons, such as:

  • Payment and invoice records
  • Security and audit logs needed to prevent fraud or abuse
  • Any data we are legally required to retain

Any retained data will only be kept for compliance, security, or legal purposes and will not continue to be used in normal product operations.

4. Processing Time

In most cases, we will respond and begin processing within 7 business days after receiving complete information. Requests involving billing, subscriptions, or third-party platform authorizations may take longer.

5. Third-Party Platform Authorization

If you used a third-party platform to sign in or authorize data access, you may also remove this application from that platform's account settings. After removing authorization there, please still submit a deletion request to us so we can remove any application data retained on our servers.
